Weekly paid-for local newspaper with a prominent local Property Sales & Lettings section. Available from most supermarkets & newsagents in the Braintree, Witham & some Halstead areas.

Essex Independent

Bi-weekly FREE quality full colour property newspaper brought to you by the people who have produced the Property Trader magazine for years. This is delivered through the door of most homes in Braintree & Chelmsford, PLUS is available from most Estate Agents, Tescos, Sainsburys, etc.

Most newspapers have advance deadlines to supply copy, therefore, when you finally get to read it, the information can be 3 to 4 days old. Buyers become frustrated with unavailable properties and out-of-date prices, giving a poor service to our Buyers & Sellers.
